Common questions
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade from inside the app at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the next billing cycle.
What happens when AI credits run out?
You can buy top-up packs from R99. Top-ups never expire while your subscription is active.
Is there a free trial?
Every new firm gets a 14-day money-back guarantee. You can cancel within 14 days for a full refund.
Do I need a credit card to sign up?
Yes, PayFast requires card details to schedule the monthly subscription, but you are only charged after the 14-day guarantee window if you do not cancel.
Is my data safe?
All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Access is scoped to your firm by Row-Level Security, and we never train AI on your documents.
